One of these days maybe I too will have a big bird.  I would like
a Moluccan Cockatoo.
I have thought about breeding.  What holds me back is Chip Chip is
such a wondereful pet, and I have heard that once you breed them they
can't be your pet anymore it changes them.
They bond to the other bird.
Right now I wouldn't want to lose him.  I think I will wait until I find
a pair at a reasonable price.  Or just buy a pair.
So far Chip is doing good.  Hope to hear how his tests came out at the
beginning of the week.
I got my mother-in-law interested.  She fell in love with Chip and she
bought a Quaker up in Ohio.  She lives alone and I figure the bird will
keep her company and give her something to do.  Maybe ease her depression
too.
