that's still a lot...  have you tried loading dos high, and share? or
have you got no more upper memory space left? and do you really need
share?...

that's quite a lot... are you sure you need setver? all it does is let
you use programs from previous versions of dos with the current
version... doskey is also of questionable importance - granted it might
make things more convienient but it can be considered a luxury...
consider setting up a multi-config on your system, with the second
configuration loading absolutely nothing that isn't necessary (dos,
himem, and maybe mouse if you need it for this particular game you're
trying to play)
