If I hear somebody complaining like that, I usually cant resist making a 
point by doing exactly that which he is complaining about .  I could 
never quite figure out what people had against the 10 codes, when they use Q 
codes, or other codes.  Police and others use versions of the 10 codes, and 
are not laughed at.  If it gets the message accros to the party you are 
talking to, that is all that matters, other then following DOC (or is that 
IC) rules about using encryption
