OK, you do have the straps that snap onto the ZIF socket.  If they are too
loose, they can be bent tighter, but don't overdo it, those plastic
extensions aren't too tough!  _Some_ of those retaining straps are a real
bugger to get snapped on properly, and if yours were loose, they might have
been 'mangled' by whomever originally installed them.  Look them over
closely and see if they show signs of 'mangling', and fix as necessary.
