Hallo All, I want to write a java editor with the javac compiler in a menu option. Can I do this with pipes? Right now I use it like this: "javac applet.java > temp.txt" and read in the temp.txt and check for errors. Can I ommit the "> temp.txt" step by using pipes? Pipes aren't documented in the books I own, but I do have lots of online manuals. I've done lot's of Windows programming, but the real power of OS/2 programming is still missing. Am I on the right track? ( I use VAC++ ) Toedeloe, Jorgen de Gier --- GEcho 1.00* Origin: Hoi!
