Ok, I tried this over on OS/2, but so far ahven't gotten any
response, so I'll try it here. The short version is, Linkup.Exe doesn't
suit my needs, so I would like to replace its function with something else.
All I need is to write something which tests for connectivity, and if
there, runs the command parameter app, or if not, runs a second routine
(PPP.EXE) and waits for the connectivity to be established, then runs the
app. 'Problem is, how can I tell when a session (ppp0) is active?
