Right, but you DO have the antibody! You will NOT catch the disease in
that case.

I do not feel at all secure with the vaccine, at least as it is at this
time. I cannot feel safe in vaccinating my birds at this time.
It is nothing personal to anyone, although I know the vaccine
issue practically gets political among some bird people. i
remember the pachecos vaccine fiascos and deaths a few short
years ago. I want to wait and see what happens with this one.

BTW, no cherry head babies yet, but I did pair up a pr of
Mitred and they are getting along very well.
Hatched two going on three blue crown conures this week, two
going on three green cheek conures, my red throated conures
laid a new egg, first of the 2d clutch, and the 3 yellow crown
Amazon eggs are fertile as are at least one of the Mexican
Redhead Amazons eggs! I am excited. Tomorrow I am either going
to set up my napes or move my Blue Front Amazons to a bigger
cage before they start breeding. Ed got a cage ready today.
I am feeding two tiny Red bellied macaw chicks too!!
