Unfortunately for my friend who I was quoting above, these were Athlon
Slot A boards.  For the Caps close to the cpu, there is a lot of heat in
the area.  Ref book says one of the Slot A Athlon 1GHz can use up to
65Watts Max. It says it uses 1.80V,  37Amps max. current.
