That's a really good idea!

First of all, get our latest nodelist and information packages. You can get
it in one of the following ways:

* File Request:
        dial 2:335/610, file requests allowed all hours except
        ZMH, request the magic SCOUTNET

- BBS login:
        call +39-0862-26116, log in with your name, go to file
        area S1 and download file SCN_NODE.Z?? and SCN_INFO.ZIP

- FTP:
        ftp://ftp.scoutnet.org/Scoutnet/Global_scn_Nodelist/scn_info.zip
        ftp://ftp.scoutnet.org/Scoutnet/Global_scn_Nodelist/scn_node.z??

- Email:

        to help you


Then check if there already is some node in your country. Remember, we are
a federation of national networks, so you must join in your country.

If there are already nodes in your country, apply to the country
coordinator (the first node in the country nodelist segment)
If there are no nodes in your country yet, you'll be the first country
coordinator. Fill in the new country application form and send it to me.
