if aux.h is something like a 'standard' include file from you (or another
3rd party vendor) then i would change include in config.sys (and reboot).

if it is required only for this file, i would use /I compiler switch.

as for the .lib : the same.

a) add the path to the LIB variable 
  a1) use a #pragma libary statement in aux.h
  or
  a2) name aux.lib in the link call (or in the icc call) without path

or
b) just name path\aux.lib in the link or icc call.
