    Three weeks ago, I have published as requested the proposal of a new
part of Policy 4.7 in the local sysop area of my region, R28.

    We had a number of yea's and not one nay; the region has been in agreement
with its Coordinator.

    I will therefore vote as follows:

 1. if my vote is requested for a request of initiation as per par 8.1
    of P4.7,
    my vote will be YES.

 2. if my vote is requested for acception of the proposal issued by
    Bob Short and published in IC on 06-dec-2003 at 22:31h,
    my vote will be YES.

 3. if my vote is requested for acception of any other proposal and
    for which my opinion and that of R28 have not been requested,
    my vote will be NO.
