Hi,
I've tried couple of DOS paint programs, such as NeoPaint and AniPaint. 
They're ok,but I prefer Windows (and yes OS/2).  If I were to buy any
software right now it would have to be Paint Shop Pro v3.11.  Nothing can
beat this program.  It's the best paint program I've tried.  If you don't
mind paint programs for Windows 3.11/'95, I would really recommend Paint
Shop Pro (v3.11 seems to be pretty smooth on a 486 DX2,8MB RAM,running
Windows 3.11.  v3.12 for Win95 is prettly slow on Windows 3.11).
