Mouse pad arm rest: Why haven't I thought of that idea before?

I've been thinking I want some kind of stand to that can be adjusted with knobs and
swing arms to bring the keyboard and mouse to some surface closer to me and further
away from the desk. The lap is good for the keyboard but not for the mouse.
