  They do. Look at Neo-Geo carts... $100-200. Those are 300 mega, and
  they are filled pretty well. You see, carts get more expensive as you
  add more to it. Sure, you can make a 560 meg cart, and it'd be better
  than a CD, but would cost around 5-10x more than the cart itself. In
  one way he's right, but truthfully, he's wrong. Just think, a cart
  that hold as much as a CD would be about as big as a motherboard in an
  arcade, and be about $2000 (estimated using standard mega/meg
  conversion of 64 mega/12 meg (N64 max capacity)) As far as which game
  is best, I'd say right now Soul's Edge (have yet to see VFIII).
