Spammers find your machine by scanning *all* IP addresses. They are not
looking for your email address, they want your computer.

Unless you monitor your network traffic, you have no reason to believe that
you have not been discovered. As far as I know, the built-in mail system in
W2003 is secure and won't relay spam, but spammers will try.
