subject: Windows caching

In Win95 original, there doesn't appear to be any options for caching
of removable media. There is in Win98 (SE, anyway), but it appears to
affect write-caching only (i've tried it). Thanks a lot for checking
with Horst, and thank Horst for his help, the next time you're talking
to hin, if you don't mind.
