-> -> I've seen batteries from there, and in fact got one for one car we -> -> had, which they exchanged with no hassles when it wouldn't start -> -> the car. But I have *no* idea who makes those. -> TW> Some years back they wqere made by Jonhson Controls. With those -> TW> prices they might be getting them from China. Next time I drop by I -> TW> will have to examine all the battery lables closely. -> I'm not sure who's making their stuff. Never found anybody near their -> batteries to ask any questions of, either. -> These days I think I prefer to go to Sears for batteries. Fro a nouber of years some time back I bought nothing but Sears Batteries. Then I shifted to DELCO. Those were the days where I wanted the Most dependable battery becaseu I and the Companion were driving old sometimes hard Starting cars. Now with the newer dependable vehicles I just go with the Cheapest. And as I recal lthere are very few actual Battery manfacturers but many Brand Labels. Kinda like Gasoline. ALL of the Gasoline for San Diego county comes form basicly OPne refinery in the Los Angeles area. And as with batteries now days I just buy for Price. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Shakey Jake's *ALL FREE BBS* Santee, CA (1:202/1324) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 202/1324 10/3 106/2000 633/267 |
