Any chances we see a version with some more features like extract to stdout
or extract to a given directory, like Unzip can do? My latest is 2.22. Is
this still the case? It is not a great deal of work (I can tell from my own
efforts adding this to unarj/2 :-) ).

Additionally (this is cosmetic) I would _very_much_ like to see that it
supports "-" as option character and "/" as a path
separator. This would make a lot of my Makefiles much more readable :-)
