Say, the Ratifa Underground Development Monastery dial-up BBS will
officially commit suicide with Toast House to commence April 1st at
12:01am. It will be a quick and painful death, and rather scary in that we
run the same software on our BBSes. Yes it is short notice, but that is
brilliant. After all, Hale-Bop will come the closest to our physical bodies
on Earth approximately 5 hours or so after the Final Exit.

At approximately 12:01am on April Fool's Day, our BBSes will make the Final
Exit and power down until after the comet has passed over us...

One thing is certain, however. Although we will no longer function as
BBSes, we will most likely be put to better use. R.U.D.M. will become a
telnettable interface one way or another real soon after the Final Exit.
Let us just pfhreak the pfhuck out oh brothers and sisters!

As many of you may be aware, we will also have a firewall, mail, web, news,
ftp, telnet, and much more. This next step in the higher evolution of the
Ratifa Undergound Development Monastery is to travel to the new destination
following the death and birth with Hale-Bopp to become the new home of
RUDMweb. 

RUDMweb will always be accessible. MorE details following the Final Exit.

Mark my words, there will be a sudden increase in global suicides around
the time Hale-Bopp makes its closest distance to the Earth. As BBSes and
people alike know, that comet is the trailblazing force of the collection
of something right behind it. God, are we ever listening!

It could very well be a universal truth that the type of enormous energy
behind it is a seduction. It could also be said that it is our ride, on to
the next level of our existance, the massive soul that keeps rolling and is
well best put in Paradise Lost. However, it is the clear sign of what must
happen.

R.U.D.M. loves you all. And if I don't hear from you, maybe I'll see you on
the other side...
