->  TW>  Sorry, My Win98SE dosen't have that selection on the
"Advanced" Screen
->  TW> under the "General" Tab in MSCONFIG.
-> Same here. It's on the main 'Msconfig' screen, bottom right hand of
-> the window = Advanced. No 'general' tab here.

 I have the "General" Tab and the "Advanced" button in
hte lower right
hand corner.
BUT under it there is NO "Doisable Fast Shutdown" option.
