It was a WP file from the beginning; and the person *swore* the tabs
and hard returns hadn't been there when it was saved.
Had a "fun" one yesterday.  I was told WPD 5.1 wasn't working on one
machine and discovered its setup had been wiped out, so it didn't
know where its files (including the startup macro and printer files)
were.  Once I'd found and fixed the problem, I set the WP{WP}.SET
file to be read-only.  :-)
