Baby's an umbrella cockatoo that was owned by the nursing home I live in.
She any I were inseparable for a while some years ago when she was young --
until they decided that one resident shouldn't monopolize the bird -- and
prolly that it was unhealthy for me to be so fond of her.  Anyway they
stopped letting me -- or anyone -- take her out of her cage.  Now we're
under new ownership, and they got rid of Baby altogethr...
