Yes, but if you don't mind sitting there and doing it each day, you *can*
delete the ads. It just takes time. I've tried it and decided that I'd rather
endure the ads than sit there and delete ads on a daily basis.
There are two things that irritate me more about Juno than the ads: it
*often* takes me three or four tries to connect to their system. Since Juno
is *NOT* a local call for me, this costs me between .04 and .09 per try.
Also, trying to get any customer service is almost impossible. They want you
to pay for it. That is probably "right" for most cases, except when you find
out you've paid $1.95 per minute and the problem is NOT your equipment, but
the compatibility between yours and Juno's. These things are enough to make
me look for a real ISP connect. (As a matter of fact, I'm just waiting for
the software to arrive for that, as we type.)
It's true that Juno is not making a Mac version at this time.
