On my usr PnP sporster internal the jumpers are to set COMx and IRQ#.
That would be left to right, 4 pins for the com and the rest for irq,
something like 3,4,5,7 etc. If they are all left open then the card
reverts to PnP mode. PnP may work better... or worse... depending on
the presence of older hardware.
