MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Orange Chicken^
 Categories: Crs97, Poultry
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 c  Brown or white rice
      3 lg Whole chicken breasts, split
           And boned
           Salt and pepper to taste
      4 tb Butter
    1/2 c  Finely chopped onion
  1 1/2 c  Orange juice
      8 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
      2 tb To 3 flour
    1/2 c  Water
 
  Cook rice; place in a 13x9x2" baking dish.
  
  Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown in butter. Add onion and
  orange juice, cover and simmer over low heat 15 minutes, or until
  chicken is done. Transfer chicekn to baking dish. Spoon mushrooms
  over chicken.
  
  Combine four and water until smooth. Stir into pan and cook until
  sauce is thick and bubbly. Pour over chicken and rice. Cover and bake
  20-30 minutes at 350F.
  
  Can be made ahead and chilled. When ready to heat, bake 45 minutes to
        1    hour at 350F.
