Thanks. Yes, I ultimately did use the "above16" switch. It seems to run
fine now.
A curious thing that I noted on another Server I was working on was that
each time you ran Arcserve, memory would get chomped out of the
permanent memory pool. On each backup, more and more memory was stuck in
that pool. It's like Arcserve would grab that memory, forget it
had reserved it, and ask for it again on the next backup. I don't see
anything on Cheyenne's webpage that discusses that, at least for
version 4.02.  Oh well, another thing for me to research. Thanks for the
tips...
