First, 
I will apologize for any rain you got in our sunny state while you were on 
vacation.  This morning is the first morning I have seen the sun in a week.  
Which means I'll be out doing some major repair in the vegetable garden, I 
have about a dozen tomato plants that now need sucker.
                  I finished a baby afghan this week (missed the shower 
because I had to work) and have been having tons of fun creating some filet 
patterns for afghans and pillows.  I've found that I can take some 
cross-stitch patterns for the designs and go from there.  The pillow covers 
are done in a #10 thread and so far I've done a persian kitten and an angel. 
My next goal is to make a placemat pattern with kittens, I'm just looking for 
the right picture now.
