Elvis Hargrove is the moderator; didn't he post a message to you informing 
you of that? He posts the rules of the echo once a month or so.
He's shown an extreme amount of tolerance for this topic, which has drifted a 
long way from Home Power. I'll not post further on it unless it's directly 
relavant.
