subject: Win95 text mode apps

Sorry for asking this off-topic question, but I don't want to subscribe
to the Windows Echo just for this one simple question.

Do Windows 95 TEXT MODE apps that are compiled with Win95 compilers, use
16:16 or 0:32 memory addressing?
