If you have world wide web access, go to http://www.developer.ibm.com
Sometime in the near future (maybe already now), you will have to have a
user id and password to access various parts on IBMs Developers web site. 
There is an individual registration which is FREE.  I _strongly_ recommend
you register if you plan on or currently developing for IBMs products.
