I tried it David, and I use D:\tcpip\bin as an
argument, but it didn't build anything.

Turns out, all this happened after I had lockup problems
with eCs1.0. After it locked up, the system would give
an error at the point where it started writing the desktop.

Turns out 1.0 has a problem with using bitmaps/jpgs as
a background. I've gone to a coloured background and
all is well. 

During the problems, I rebuild my ini files numerous 
times and just happen to have a bunch of "previous desktops"
on my boot drive. In one of them was the selective install
for networking and I tried it...it worked!

All is reloaded and working smoothly.
