Hi Guys/Gals:

I gave up trying to install eCs using the Adaptec SCSI
card, and have decided just to get a new 40GB IDE HD.

The BIOS found the drive, and the first part of the eCs
install went well, again up to the first reboot.

Now, when it gets to the OS2LVM.DMD file, it stalls. I
ran the problem through Google and came up with one person
who had the same thing happen. It seemed to stall for
him but was progressing very, very slowly.

I tried to reboot to the HD again and gave it 2 hours.

Nada.

Something makes me think that I should just load W4 and
FP12 again :(

The install was pretty basic. Installed BM, with a bootable
volume for C (dos) and installable/bootable D (os/2).

Help.......
