      Title: Cornmeal & Chicken Herb Coating^ - T O H Country Cooking 
 Categories: Crs97, Mix, Toh
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 c  Dry bread crumbs
      1 c  Powdered milk
      1 c  Cornmeal
      1 c  Flour
      3 tb Salt
      1 tb Dried thyme
      1 tb Pepper
      1 ts Garlic salt
      1 ts Celery salt
      1 ts Onion salt
      1 ts Dried oregano
 
  Combine and store in an airtight container. Makes enough for coat 2
  1/2 to 3 pounds chicken.
  
  To use: Shake chicken pieces until coated. Bake at 350F. and hour.
