Why not go to a hobby shop where they sell chemicals for children's chemical 
sets and tell the clerk you wish to obtain three chemicals in small supply, 
with guaranteed pH3, pH10, and pH6.  That way you probably will wind up with 
three small bottles of some things inexpensive.
I wish I still had the address for Edmunton Scientific (they make all those 
gizmoes and magic tricks that were in the back of the comic books in the 
1950's).
BTW, where did you get it?
