Without getting into specific details you need to recognize
that every 'force' requires an equal but opposite force to
govern it or that force runs amok. 

Everything companies want to do to produce profits is not in
the best interests of others. With no regulating 'force' this
produced child labor, slavery, pollution, and other problems
that not only affected the people within the company but others
simply living in the vicinity. Government is composed
primarilly of the wealthy and is not a regulating force at all
but rather it augments the ruin that companies have and will
continue to produce when unchecked.
