Thanks - this was what I was looking for (although I appreciate Geo's
advice, too). The problem is that I use so little of NT's server
functionality, NT 4 is more than enough. There's no way I can justify the
cost other than the learning experience.

The disk that will remain in the system is 10G, so I'll divide it in two partitions.
