That cannot be right.  You must have misunderstood.

In fact, if you ever want to know what the rules of Bob's echo really are,
all you have to do is follow his behavior in THIS echo.  Several months ago
I made a new rule that moderators of other echoes (i.e., Ross C., Klahn,
and now Roger) have to follow the rules of THEIR echoes when they are in
THIS echo.  Bob has repeatedly bragged that he ALWAYS follows the rules of
any echo he is in.  So if you want to understand what is acceptable in HIS
echo, just look at what he says HERE.

Bob uses "lie" and "liar" in his posts rather
frequently here.  If he told
you it wasn't permitted in HIS echo, then it isn't permitted for him in
THIS echo.  You seem to be saying that Bob has a double standard.  Is that
true?
