insurance investigator what type of establishment that Moe's is):

(Barney, in the "Be Sharps" episode, once he gets to messing around with
"Yoko"):

"Number eight ...Number Eight ..."

(In an episode where I believe they go to a fair at a private school,
a teacher says the first part, and may strike Homer's hand, causing him
to say the second part):

"Monkeys point!"  "Monkeys cry..."

(Grandpa, in the "Buck McCoy" episode):

"Buck McCoy?!?  He was bigger than opium!"

(Homer's brain, replaying things he'd heard earlier in the day, when told
that the plant might drop their dental coverage... this is from the
"strike"
episode):

Dental plan...Lisa needs braces...dental plan...Lisa...

(Granpa, begging to be let into the house, after being left behind during
one of the family excursions, possibly the relocation to get away from
Sideshow Bob):

"I'm cold, and there are wolves after me!"-Granpa Simpson

(April Fool's Episode... the Flanders play a trick on the Pagan Simpsons,
who think that New Year's is still in the Spring.  They chant this while
dancing around the Flanders family, which are tied to a stake with a fire
below):

"Now who's laughing?!  Now who's laughing?!" - Pagans

(Wiggum, after busting Flanders, to the Church bus full of people who
witness it):

"High as a kite, everybody!  Goofballs!!"-Chief Wiggum

(Bart, during a Valentine's episode, after causing Skinner to have a
'Nam flashback):

"Cool!  I broke his brain!" - Bart on Principal Skinner

(Others of note... the "eyeballs" one may have actually been
"King of the
Hill" or another show):

"Mmmmmmmm.....doughnuts."

The bad thing about favorite lines and taglines is that all my "favorites"
have to be under a certain length.  ;-)
