I was wondering if any EMX users had read or worked with Mark Watson's
Portable User Interface Programming in C++--2nd Edition, and if so, I was
wondering if they could share their MAKEFILE's with me.  In the even that
there is noone that has used this book, can someone help me out with the
Makefile to change from Borland c++ 1.5 for OS/2 to EMX?  Thanks for any
help anyone can offer.
