Hi Anthony,
Anthony Ng to Kurt Wismer, 05 Aug 97 00:34.
AN> I remember that I downloaded it before. I didn't use it that was

Bit of a shame that it's nearly useless for virus protection, then. :) Last
I saw, it catches less than 25% of viruses "in the wild", compared with
almost 100% for F-Prot, Dr Solomon's, etc.
AN> I hope Microsoft will come out with Supreme powerful av program,
AN> if they can write OS, av program is a pice of cake for Microsoft
This is the mistake many people make, but - they're totally different
fields. Even *Microsoft* didn't use MSAV...!
Good ones to look for are:
F-Prot (free for non-commercial use),
Thunderbyte,
AVP,
McAfee (all shareware),
Dr Solomon's (commercial, but a demo is available from www.drsolomon.com)
I use F-Prot, TB, and Dr Solly's myself. :)

... Alright degenerates. I want this place empty NOW!
