        Thanks, the SASE is in the very stressed-out mail already. They had a 
sign at the door (I was also checking on mailing a parcel) that due to UPS 
they'd not take more than 4 packages from anyone... so I suspect that regular 
mail delivery will be delayed as well.
        BTW, how critical is the frequency, generally? For example, our 
system is set for 146.2 Hz... do repeaters generally need to get right down 
to .2Hz to open? Or is there usually some leeway in your experience?
        Thanks again to you and everyone for the tech advice here, I'm saving 
it all up for later reference by other hams too.
