they has something called hypercard.... but I expect they sat on the
details too much, the people at CERN didn't restrict the use og HTML
in the same way.

I was playinhg with a reader for the jargon-file (which is full of
self-references) about the same time (well maybe a couple of years late :) )
but it got lost when I was out of town.
