It is a known problem that Winfred is working on. My guess is that one 
or more of the following is true:
- you have a 386 or slow 486 machine
- you have a standard VGA card instead of a "Windows Accelerated" one
- you have an ISA video card instead of a VLB or PCI one
We are hoping for a new release soon to fix this!
