I have a friend who has a transceiver scanner. Are these legal in 
Massachusetts?
He is able to key in on the Police and when he drives into Burger King,
Wendy's or McDonalds he is able to key into their headset and place
his order.
Some cmpany does make these and where would one be able to make such a 
purchase?
