      Title: Chicken Nuggets^
 Categories: Crs97, Poultry
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 c  Seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c  Chopped parsley
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      4    Boneless chicken breasts, in
           Bite sized pieces
    1/2 c  Butter, melted
 
  Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  
  Dip chicken first into butter, then into crumb mixture. Bake at 400F.
       15    minutes.
  
  Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
  
  Makes 60 pieces.
