Question: I no longer have a oscilloscope or any serious test
equipment. How does one adjust deviation or tone level without one, or can
you? One fellow said turn the tone off and slowly increae it until the
repeater opened... :-) But I am very limited by equipment, and the one person
I know with a service monitor is not available very often. Is there any
"easy" way to do the things I want to do (add PL capability) without a good
deal of test equipment?
