The problem is not a local error on my site only, but a internal gentoo
stage3 and portage error and i have looked into gentoo bugzilla
(bugs.gentoo) and too  wrote of and been directed to 2-3 reports with that
errors, and the reply for it to on how handle it, and 3 guys wrote that
should be in handbook on how manage this problem and so the installation
told on how to do to make it works for new gentoo install with kernel
2.6.38 and the last 3 stage3 files and portage files.

Yes I will se how it goes the 14. June when the service man from my isp has
been here and the new connection is for by him and the new hardware, last
time I got something change like this took i 2-3 day before him to make it
work right as it should.
