Not yet, but the ObjectREXX hidden in the OpenDoc Toolkit includes a
SysSetPriority in its REXXUTIL.DLL, so Warp 4 (Merlin gone GA) will
probably have it.  For now, you can get one of the free add-on libraries
that include their own SetPriority function: RexxIPC (lean: just
interprocess communication functions) or RXU (programmers dream; formerly
known as YdbaUtil).
