For those of you who aren't aware, there has been a "war" raging
over who the "real" FTSC is.  There are two distinct sides to the
"debate".  One one side is me, and on the other side is the
entire Z3, who (to a man) think it's really cute to have a Z3 FTSC Chair,
regardless of the fact that he's done diddly squat for 5 years, and
regardless of the fact that they've never read an FTSC spec in their life. 
So far, the side with me on it, has (as usual), absolutely creamed the
opposition.

However, unfortunately, Master Hitler below has a weapon which I don't
have, so my days in fido could well be numbered (once again!).  Therefore,
I suggest one of you lazy cretins in Z1 wake up and relist NET_DEV
yourself, because I haven't been successful, and I have a theory that you
will be successful if you send a message such as the one below, to the
appropriate place, some time around April/May.  I have another theory that
says that around that time the echo will no longer exist on the backbone at
all.  I do not know at this stage which theory is correct.  And anyhow, at
this point in time I'm more concerned about the fact that my bloody study
light which used to be held in by 3 screws is not held in by one and I
don't have the required skills to fix it.

Oh, BTW, you send the first message quoted below, not the second one.  The
second one you only send if you're a complete and utter arsewipe.  BFN.
