The next meeting of the Chicago Area Radio Monitoring Association
(CARMA) will be on Saturday, October 19, at 12:00 noon at the Destiny
Restaurant, 1440 Rand Road in Des Plaines, Il. If you are interested in
scanning/monitoring, police/fire, railroads, media/press, cellular,
satellites, ham radio and all forms of communications then you ought to
come to a CARMA meeting. We meet at various locations in the metro
Chicago area, publish a bi-monthly newsletter, and run a very
